Transparent Pricing

Written costs before treatment, and no surprises after

The most common complaint about dentistry is not pain. It is the bill nobody explained. We treat cost as part of informed consent: you cannot properly agree to treatment you do not know the price of.

Here is precisely how we handle money.

In detail
01

Written estimates, always

Every plan beyond a routine examination comes as a written, itemised estimate before anything begins. You take it home; nothing is booked under pressure.

02

Options at different price points

Where a cheaper alternative is clinically reasonable, it is presented alongside the ideal plan with the trade-offs spelled out honestly.

03

No commission, no targets

Our clinicians are not paid more for recommending expensive treatment. There is no incentive structure pointing at your wallet.

04

Insurance handled here

We submit pre-authorisations on your behalf and tell you what your policy will actually cover before you commit, not after.

05

Interest-free payment plans

Larger treatments can be spread over six to twenty-four months at zero interest, subject to a simple approval.

06

Changes are discussed first

If something unexpected appears mid-treatment, we stop and talk about it. The estimate is not revised silently.

What it means for you
  • Itemised written estimate before treatment starts
  • Clinically reasonable alternatives always presented
  • Insurance pre-authorisation handled by us
  • 0% interest payment plans over 6–24 months
  • No commission-based recommendations
Why it matters

Financial uncertainty stops people accepting treatment they need, and half-finished treatment is worse than none. Removing the ambiguity around cost is one of the most effective clinical interventions available to a practice.
