Biography

Dr. Elena Petrova handles the cases where a single filling is no longer the answer: decades of wear, failing old restorations, collapsed bites. Prosthodontics is equal parts engineering and aesthetics, and she is unusually good at both halves.

Her workflow is digital end to end — intraoral scanning, CAD design, milled or pressed ceramics — which means fewer appointments, no impression putty, and fit tolerances measured in microns. Many single crowns are designed and delivered in one visit.

For full-mouth rehabilitation she works in reversible stages, testing the new bite in temporary materials for weeks before anything permanent is made.

Philosophy of care

Restorative dentistry is structural work. If the bite and the materials are right, the beauty takes care of itself and the result lasts decades.
